Smoked salmon and avocado sandwich on a crusty baguette

1 loaf of your favorite Baguette, thickly sliced
½ Avocado, pitted, skinned and sliced
2 thin sliced smoked salmon
2 tablespoons crème fraîche or sour cream
½ cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
¼ cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Sea Salt and Fresh Black Pepper to taste

1. Toast a few slices of baguette until the bread is just golden brown.

2. Spread the crème fraiche or sour cream over the top of your toasted slices.

3. Top with the slices of smoked salmon, avocado slices, and red onions.
