SCV Family Vineyards

Antonio Mountain Vineyard

Situated in the far southwest corner of Sonoma County and less than five miles from Tomales Bay, the vineyard sits in the shadow of Antonio Mountain. Planted in 1991 by a long-time dairy family in western Sonoma County, this was one of the early pioneer vineyards of the Sonoma Coast and produces stellar Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit.

Balistreri Family Vineyard

Adjacent to the historical town of Freestone, this site may be amongst the coldest vineyard sites for Pinot Noir in all of North America. Pinot Noir struggles in this location but it is that same struggle that bears small quantities of Pinot Noir fruit of incredible depth and complexity.

The original four-acre Freestone View Block was planted in 1999. They arranged the Pinot Noir Dijon clones using 4 feet by 4 feet spacing. The Alessio block, one acre of Pinot Noir on the east end of the property, was planted in 2005. In Spring 2007, two additional blocks were planted to Pinot Noir: Salmon Creek (3.4 acres) and the Bodega Ridge (4.2 acres). The southern facing property is one mile west of Freestone and a mere 4.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean.

Petersen Vineyard

The Petersen Family settled this area in the old Hessel section of Sebastopol over 100 years ago and fortunately for wine lovers, planted some of the early Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards on the Sonoma Coast. The vineyard, planted in 1996, comprises three acres of Chardonnay planted to Dijon 9 and five acres of Pinot Noir planted to Dijon and Pommard clones.

Bella Sonoma Vineyard

Planted and owned by the infamous Sonoma County personality 88 year old Art Ibleto (a.k.a the "Pasta King"). This 11 acre vineyard was planted in 1996 and 1997 and produces exceptional Pinot Noir noted for structure, complexity and depth.

Laguna Vista Vineyards

Laguna Vista Vineyards are comprised of two family owned vineyards located on the far eastern edge of the Sonoma Coast AVA which shares unique qualities with the Russian River Valley AVA. These two vineyards total 18 acres and were planted in 1999 and 2000 and are the source for our delicious Sauvignon Blanc.
